Fasten the bottom safety belt

Stretch the seat belt a meter or so, refer to the way in the video will be the seat belt from the bottom of the two holes through and fixed in the seat

After the safety belt is fixed from the bottom, ,adjust the length of strap, attach both hooks to the top of the seat.

Attach the safety hook to harness on the top of pets’ back.
