– Power low: red light starts flashing. It means the device need to be charged or it will stop working.

– The maximum detect range is 10 meters, if the dog is more than 10 meters away from the device, it will not be triggered to work by dog bark.

– The device is broadcasting sound to stop the dog from barking. If the dog has hearing issue, the device may not work as expected.

– The device is for dogs from 6 months to 8 years old dogs.

– Using one device against two or more barking dogs at the same time is not recommended.

– Using the device against aggressive dogs is not recommended.

– Using the same sonic at the same dog for 10 days or more is not recommended. The dog may have resistance to the same sonic. Please change the sonic every 7-10 days.

– Please check the battery power every month, charge it if the power is too low.
